Circuit Board Rack

K & R Associates, Inc., of Lawrenceville, N.J., produces Max-Rak, an assembly line rack for up to 25 printed circuit boards ranging from 0.031-inch to 0.125-inch thick. Its one-piece truss construction resists warping, allows for drainage and provides air paths for quick cooling.

The rack is molded from RTP's ESD C 100 M 40, a specially formulated, mineral reinforced, conductive polypropylene. The high strength thermoplastic resists chemicals used in PC board manufacturing, and offers ESD protection for static sensitive devices.

Max-Rak comes in two temperature ranges, white racks for up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and black for up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and in black antistatic polypropylene.

To learn more about Max-Rak, call Eric Krone at K & R Associates, (609) 799-3990.
