In-Line Laminates

Improved in-line sheet and film laminate systems help to achieve a superior mechanical bond between plastic and fabric, eliminating secondary processes and negating the need for adhesives. Without adhesives, the possibility of skin irritations are reduced and biocompatibility issues are eliminated.

A wide variety of laminates are offered, including wovens, knits, brushed and unbroken loop fabrics, in addition to an array of nonwoven materials.

PEEK Sheets

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) sheets in thicknesses that were traditionally custom products are now standard at RTP Company. 2x4 ft PEEK sheets are being stocked in five different thicknesses including:

0.5mm (0.020 in)

1.0 mm (0.039 in)

1.5 mm (0.059 in)

2.0 mm (0.079 in)

3.0 mm (0.118 in)
