Imagine conductive thermoplastic sheet carefully developed for thermoforming. One that offers surface resistivity levels ranging from <104 through 1011 ohm/sq and can include other properties such as high purity for clean room use, flame retardance, wear resistance, and colorability. Then imagine a packaging material offering static protection as well as transparency. At RTP Company, we not only imagined it, we made it a reality.

Custom sheet and rollstock from RTP Company are available in both thin gauge and thick gauge.


  • Thin gauge sheets — Ideal for applications such as antistatic labels, bags and other ESD packaging products.
  • Thick gauge sheets — Ideal for the thermoforming of anti-static or ESD containers and totes.

Electronic device in-process trays and shipping media, anti-static medical device packaging, dust control and fragility packaging for computers or appliances all benefit from customized thermoplastics. Our PermaStat® (permanently anti-static) acrylic, for example, is highly transparent to allow package contents to be viewed without distortion, or to allow for backside printing.

RTP Company's engineers are highly experienced in customizing thermoplastics. Our independence allows us to select resins and modifiers that will precisely meet your sheet application's needs.
