Drawing upon RTP Company's vast experience and resources in custom compounding, our Sheet Division makes it possible to convert materials into specialty sheet products tailored to your end-use requirements, which may include properties such as:

• Wear Resistant
  Internally lubricated thermoplastics eliminate expensive, time-consuming, secondary steps associated with external surface lubrication. Resist surface scratching and marring, reduce noise or slip/stick phenomenon between mated or sliding materials.


• Thermoplastic Elastomer
  TPE sheet combine the functional performance and properties of conventional thermoset rubbers with the processability of thermoplastics. These unique products give designers new flexibility in soft touch and ergonomic applications. They permit fabrication of "rubber-like" articles with the speed, efficiency, and economy of thermoforming.


• High Temperature
  Materials that can withstand elevated continuous-use temperatures (150+ °C) while maitaining their physical properties. Many formulations also offer excellent chemical resistance and abrasion resistance as well.


• Color
  Custom precolored compounds offer special pigments and color effects which provide consumer appeal including glow-in-the-dark/photoluminescent, chroma-shift, metallic, and florescent. Our color specialists have a library of more than 40,000 successful color matches at their disposal.
