CRM Administrator Position Available – Winona, MN

RTP Company is a specialty thermoplastics compounder with corporate headquarters located in Winona, MN. We operate twenty production plants in the United States, Europe, Mexico and Asia and have sales offices in major commerce centers around the world.

The CRM Administrator implements, supports, documents, and trains others with respect to the organization’s CRM and SharePoint applications and programs. This will include the base applications, mobile versions, and integration tools. Expect a 70/30 split between CRM and SharePoint activities.

 Essential Duties:

  • Configures, maintains, and integrates the company’s CRM and Sharepoint systems
  • Maintains security for users and user groups
  • Evaluates and activates new/additional features and functions that best support the company’s needs
  • Develops and enhances workflows, develops and prepares reports on system activity
  • Develops and supports interfaces to other systems
  • Develop road maps for CRM initiatives
  • Verifies and reconciles data entered into the CRM
  • Assesses user requirements, designs, configures interfaces, and trains others
  • Coordinates resolution of product/service issues, upgrades and problems
  • Builds relationships with, coordinates with, and works with resellers as needed
  • Leads end-user training and support on the CRM and Sharepoint systems
  • Creates and maintains appropriate documentation on the use of the systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must demonstrate the ability to be the subject matter expert on the company CRM and Sharepoint systems
  • Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills for the ability to train others
  • Must be able to analyze and troubleshoot as problems or changes arise; strong problem-solving and system analysis skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to work independently, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior CRM Administration experience; SUGAR CRM preferred
  • Prior SharePoint configuration experience
  • Experience with project management methodologies
