RTP Company, headquartered in Winona, MN, is a global compounder of custom engineered thermoplastics. The company has over 20 manufacturing plants located in the United States, Mexico, Germany, France, Singapore, and China. RTP Company engineers develop customized thermoplastic compounds in over 60 different engineering resin systems for applications requiring color, conductive, elastomeric, flame retardant, high temperature, structural, and wear-resistant properties.

We are currently seeking 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate for our Winona, MN facility. This position is responsible for weighing and packaging materials in the production department. These individuals work in accordance with the RTP Company quality policy, which holds all employees to strict standards of on-time delivery, defect-free products, and a strong customer focus. This position is also responsible for loading and unloading trucks, labeling stock and non-stock materials, processing inbound and outbound freight bills, and completing any other tasks related to Shipping and Receiving.

The ideal candidate will exhibit knowledge and possess the skills as listed:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work process, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Must be able to read and follow manuals and procedures
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must be able to maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Must be dependable and have excellent attendance
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, up to every other weekend
  • Must be willing and able to work in temperature extremes – hot and cold
  • Must be able to pass a forklift test
  • Must be able to pass a respirator fit test
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred forklift experience
  • Preferred previous manufacturing experience
