Pyramid Technologies partnered with RTP Company to develop a custom polycarbonate material for its Spectra bill acceptor, featuring programmable, colorful LED lighting. RTP Company created a milky-white, bubble-free compound that provided the desired light diffusion and molding performance. The successful design has helped vending machine operators report sales increases of around 5% while strengthening Pyramid’s partnership with RTP Company.
